The Student Advancement Cell's Learning Support vertical aims to empower students with diverse learning needs by providing personalized academic assistance and creating an inclusive learning environment. The dedicated team works closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address challenges, while fostering acceptance, self-advocacy, and expression.

Key services and initiatives
include

1. Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Learning Plans (ILPs): Conducting individual sessions and monitoring the growth of students who qualify for IEPs or ILPs, facilitating access to external accommodations and internal modifications in learning and assessments.

2. Early Identification and Support: Collaborating with teachers to identify students who may require additional support and providing recommendations for in-class or after-school remedial assistance.

3. Universal Support: Delivering universal support strategies to teachers, enabling them to create an inclusive learning environment for all students.

Neev's learning support team caters to student with mild to moderate learning needs to ensure they are equipped to function in the mainstream classes. The interventions and support mechanisms are age-appropriate and tailored to have a lasting impact on students' academic outcomes and overall growth.
