They are committed to creating learning environment where all children have a sense of belonging and feel safe. Our educators engage children in diverse learning experiences that foster a sense of inquiry and wonder, observe children deeply, plan and implement the curriculum so that every child can reach his or her optimal potential.  

In their work with children, educators take on many roles;that may involve Facilitating, Responding, Extending,Planning and Monitoring,Modelling or demonstrating, Documenting and assessing, Reflecting ,Advocating

Mentoring

Neev Early Years understands the pivotal role of mentorship in shaping the teaching profession. Our experienced educators serve as mentors, guiding and supporting their colleagues in their professional development journey. Through mentoring, we cultivate a culture of continuous learning, where teachers can refine their pedagogical approaches, share best practices, and stay abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies.

Teacher training

At Neev, we believe that great educators make great schools! Our educator cohort comprises individuals who are best-in-class, driven, enthusiastic, and specialize in early childhood education.   

By regularly engaging in professional development, our educators stay abreast of the latest educational research and pedagogical strategies, ensuring the preschool remains at the forefront of Early Childhood education. The professional development comprises of sessions by our educational leadership and Neev’s Teachers Education Network as well as sessions from renowned international educational consultants.
