At Neev, a strong bond between parents, educators, and children forms a sacred triangle of community, creating an effective partnership rooted in mutual trust, respect, and shared responsibility for each child’s education.

By fostering open communication and active engagement among all members, Neev ensures a supportive and enriching environment where everyone works together to nurture each child’s growth and success.

Why are family-school partnerships important?

At Neev, we recognize that families are their children's first educators, and their involvement significantly enhances children's learning. Research supports this, showing that effective schools with high levels of parental involvement see notable improvements in learning, motivation, attendance, and behavior of children.  

We believe that the schools play an important role in nurturing academic growth and holistic development of children and families trust schools to provide educational foundations for their children’s future. At the same time, we acknowledge the pivotal role the families play in education. This understanding forms the basis of our belief in the importance of strong family-school partnerships.

Events and celebrations

Events and celebrations serve as a connection between home and school, offering an excellent opportunity for parent participation. They provide an avenue for children to understand different cultures and traditions; helping children foster acceptance and develop respect for different backgrounds and perspectives. Events and celebration also offer our children an opportunity to express themselves creatively through fine arts and performing arts engagements.  

Parent community

We regard families as our "partners" and share a common goal in educating the children. Through timely and open communication and active engagement, we ensure that parents are updated on their children's progress and participate effectively in their learning journey. Our parent cohort volunteers for various events and serves as experts to discuss topics from their fields with the children. As members of the School Management Committee (SMC), our parents contribute to promoting the welfare of children at school, home, and within the community.

At Neev, we believe that Great educators make great schools! Our educator cohort comprises individuals who are best-in-class, driven, enthusiastic, and specialize in early childhood education.  

Our educators demonstrate our core values, Grit, Honor and Grace, through their thoughts, words and deeds. They are committed to creating learning environment where all children have a sense of belonging and feel safe. Our educators engage children in diverse learning experiences that foster a sense of inquiry and wonder, observe children deeply, plan and implement the curriculum so that every child can reach his or her optimal potential.  

By regularly engaging in professional development, our educators stay abreast of the latest educational research and pedagogical strategies, ensuring the preschool remains at the forefront of Early Childhood education.
