Grade 10 ICSE students explored identity on their learning journey to Gudalur, visiting five villages and interacting with Adivasi tribes in the Nilgiris Biosphere. They were inspired by the community’s resilience, particularly in the community-run hospital and school. Students learned about the tribes’ culture, education, and challenges, participating in traditional games and activities. A visit to Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary and sessions on tribal development and entrepreneurship provided deeper insights. The trip culminated in heartfelt reflections, making it an impactful experience shaping their perspectives.
