Admission Process
and Age Criteria

Selecting the right pre-school for your child is undoubtedly one of the most significant decisions you’ll ever make. At Neev, we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and providing support at every stage of this important journey.

EY Programmes

Early Start

Our Early Start program starts at 1 year and 8 months and concentrates on developing self-help skills, cultivating a sense of belonging with the school environment, and building awareness of routines and expectations.

Toddlers

Our Toddlers program, starting at 2 years of age, focuses on fostering relationships, exploring through play, nurturing independence and early literacy skills.

Pre K

Our Pre-K program starts at age 3 and is designed to enhance motor skills, develop phonemic awareness, and foster cognitive and creative growth.

K1

Our K1 program starts at age 4 and concentrates on enhancing self-management and communication skills, as well as developing critical thinking and collaboration abilities.

K2

Our K2 program starts at 5 years old and focuses on developing research, reflection, and problem-solving skills, while also enhancing their literacy and numeracy abilities.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Age eligibility

Programme	Age
Early Start	1y 8m as of the start of Term 1 (in July) or Term 2 (in December)
Toddlers	2 years (completed age as of 31st August)
Pre K	3 years (completed age as of 31st August)
K1	4 years (completed age as of 31st August)
K2	5 years (completed age as of 31st August)

Admission Process

The Admission process at Neev is a 5-Step process as mentioned below:

STEP 1

Register

Initiate your child's educational journey by completing our online inquiry form, providing us with basic information about your family.

STEP 2

Visit us

Exploring our school through a tour provides invaluable insights into our educational philosophy, curriculum and facilities.

Schedule a slot for our weekly virtual tours, which take place every working Monday at 12 noon.

Following the virtual tour, experience the facilities and infrastructure of Neev Early Years branches by scheduling a physical campus tour.

Our admission team will be happy to assist you in scheduling the tour.

All visitors to the school are required to present a personal ID at the security gate in order to enter the campus.

STEP 3

Apply

Formally apply by submitting the comprehensive application form, allowing us to understand your child's unique strengths and aspirations.

Documents required

- Birth Certificate

- Passport-sized photograph

- Academic records for past 3 years in PDF format (mandatory if the child has attended school prior to applying at Neev)

- Immunisation details

Application fee of INR One Thousand (Rs. 1000/-) is to be paid while completing the application.

STEP 4

Admission meeting and Interaction

Upon completion of all the required steps in the application form, the enrolment team will review the application set submitted and contact you. There will be an interaction round with the child/children and both parents on a mutually convenient date and time.

STEP 5

Decision

After the interaction, an Enrolment Contract as an ‘Offer of Admission’ and the Neev Parent Guide is sent by email if we are able to offer the applicant a place in the program and branch requested.Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of fee as applicable, along with the signed contract

Welcome

Once admitted, our dedicated team will guide you through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into the Neev Early Years family.

Before the child’s first day at school, an Orientation meeting would be scheduled and intimated, when both parents along with the child, will meet with the class teacher. Each child is special for us and so is the family. As early childhood educators, we believe that the partnership between the parent and school is a very significant requirement towards understanding a child to be able to nurture and build skills and dispositions in them

Flexible Admissions

While we recommend joining at the start of the academic year, we consider admissions throughout the year, subject to availability, ensuring every child has access to a tailored educational program.

Note: Admission would be subject to availability of seats in the program/branch requested for. Kindly note that Neev would consider the application only as per the age eligibility criteria mentioned.
