As the Professional Development Coordinator for Early Years, I have the privilege of working with an incredible team. We tailor our training needs based on classroom observations, ensuring a customized approach that addresses the unique strengths and areas for growth of each teacher. This individualized focus allows us to provide meaningful and effective professional development throughout the academic year.
