DP Coordinator

“Learning is a life-long process — the human mind is insatiable, and my responsibility as an educator extends far beyond the walls of a classroom.”

I believe every student deserves a space where they are seen, valued, and trusted to make informed decisions about their own learning. As an educator, my role is not only to build subject knowledge but to help young people understand and accept themselves, discover their strengths, and, in turn, learn to uplift those around them. Leadership in education, to me, means creating the conditions for that growth — a culture of trust, voice, and choice, where students are given real ownership over their learning and staff are supported to collaborate and innovate freely. In a world that is volatile and rapidly changing, our task is to raise emotionally intelligent, compassionate global citizens who are equipped to be agents of change, not just recipients of information.

About Me

Madhvi Taneja joins Neev Academy as the Diploma Programme Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience in IB education, pastoral leadership, and psychology. She has worked at The British School, New Delhi, Pathways School Gurgaon, G.D. Goenka World School, and Manav Rachna International School.

Madhvi holds a background in Clinical and Applied Psychology, with postgraduate degrees from Rutgers University and Amity University, alongside a more recent iPGCE in Secondary Education from the University of East London. Her expertise as a psychologist, school counsellor and an educator gives her a rare vantage point on both the academic and emotional dimensions of a student's Diploma years.

Her approach to leadership is grounded in this dual lens of academic rigour and student wellbeing — building classrooms and school systems where students of every kind of learner find their own way to belong, thrive, and be heard.
